You can now tag a photo you uploaded to Facebook through Instagram.
It also looks like the photos users upload to Facebook go into one place a page called “Instagram Photos”

As Mark Pincus would say, Facebook needs to be the “dial-tone” for all new social services built for the Internet.
Instagram is growing like crazy, having already reached 10 million users or so. Now those highly-engaged people have a reason to extend their engagement into Facebook. That’s important because Instagram, like Path, is probably one of the biggest threats to Facebook.
So far, you can’t tag the photos in the Instagram app; you have to actually go to Facebook.com.
