Yemen is set to see the largest protests yet occur tomorrow, when the JMP opposition party will join tens of thousands of young protesters, according to the New Yorker.President Ali Abdullah Saleh has said he will resist protesters “with every drop of blood.”
So basically this a civil war waiting to happen.
The involvement of the JMP also raises the stakes because this coalition contains Islah, an Islamist political party led by Hussein Al-Ahmar. Islamist have been notably absent in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya.
