The NewCo festival is coming to Melbourne from 22-23 November.

NewCo festivals take attendees inside some of the country’s most innovative and inspiring businesses, celebrating purpose-driven business and connecting attendees with the leaders shaping corporate culture.

Founded by John Battelle in 2014, NewCo takes attendees out of stuffy convention centres and into the heart of the businesses driving change.

“Participants choose which organisations they want to explore and then gather inside the company’s home office, experiencing firsthand how these inspiring organisations drive purposeful transformation in their industries through authentic, experiential offerings led by founders and executive leadership,” Battelle explained.

This year, host companies such as Amazon Web Services, Chobani, Lonely Planet, Deloitte, REA Group and Telstra will welcome NewCo attendees into their working space.

Attendees will also hear from presenters from Girledworld, Google, Blackbird Ventures, Vinomofo, and Lendlease, among others.

Business Insider Australia has 10 VIP tickets up for grabs.
