Wall Street’s top strategists have been scrambling to explain why the stock market has left their clients in the dust.

Just yesterday, Goldman Sach’s David Kostin cranked up his year-end price target on the S&P 500 to 1,750.

That makes Goldman the most bullish research department on Wall Street.
