The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show airs tonight, with an estimated production cost of over $12 million. The show has been criticised for promoting unrealistic beauty, especially since a Limited Brands executive famously told the New York Times that fewer than 100 women worldwide were capable of walking its runway.

But many of the models have appeared without makeup, showing what they look like before several stylists have worked their magic.

We compiled side-by-side comparisons of some of the most famous Victoria’s Secret models with and without makeup.

See Tyra Banks, Miranda Kerr, Adriana Lima and more without their makeup.
