Shares in Vault Intelligence Limited soared when the environmental health and safety software provider started trading on the ASX today.

A short time ago, the shares were at $0.032, more than 50% ahead of the $0.02 price which gathered $4.3 million in an oversubscribed equity raising as part of the reverse takeover of Credo Resources.

The company has more than 370 clients covering 600,000 employees across 21 industry sectors.

Managing director David Moylan says the listing will help to accelerate Vault’s business development, helping companies identify and manage business risks.
