Trustwave brings IPO cancel rate to 75 per cent

Trustwave Holdings is the ninth company to cancel its initial public offering this week. The company cites ‘poor market conditions‘, according to Renaissance Capital. Meanwhile, Carbonite has decided to buck the trend and continue with its IPO.
