  • The internet is losing its mind over a video of President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence seemingly mimicking each other’s movements during a meeting on Wednesday.
  • In the video, Trump takes a bottled water and appears to set it on the floor. Pence immediately follows suit.
  • One Reddit user said: “There was zero hesitation from Pence. It’s like they rehearsed it.”

Another video clip was added to the growing list of political memes after President Donald Trump set a water bottle down during a meeting at the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s headquarters on Wednesday.

The viral video shows Trump taking a bottled water from the table where he’s sitting, and apparently placing it on the floor. Vice President Mike Pence immediately does the same thing.

“There was zero hesitation from Pence,” a Reddit user said. “It’s like they rehearsed it.”

Another Redditor had a theory on the sequence of events: “If I had to guess, I’d say they were getting ready for a photo. Move the water bottles down just to make things look more professional. Makes for a cleaner looking picture,” the commenter said.

Trump and Pence visited FEMA’s headquarters for a briefing on the 2018 hurricane season. Forecasters predict this year’s season, which started in June, could produce a slightly above-average number of storms.

“We’re entering it,” Trump said. “We’re marshaling every available resource for every preparation for rapid response,” he said.
