Tristane Banon Has "Hard Evidence" And Texts Against Dominique Strauss-Kahn

Now that the maid’s complaints against him are on shaky ground, the biggest threat to Dominique Strauss-Kahn’s future political career might be a similar complaint from the niece of his second wife.

Tristane Banon, the French journalist who filed a complaint against DSK this week, says she has hard evidence of his lewd behaviour towards her.

Her and her lawyer, David Kouibbi (pictured with her at right) comments were in response to DSK’s calling Banon’s complaint against him “imaginary.” His lawyers say he’s filing a defamation lawsuit against her in response to the complaint.

Her lawyer told the Agence France-Presse, “We have [hard evidence against DSK], text messages were sent and [proof exists].”

He didn’t specify what the evidence is, but said: “It will not be word against word.”
