LinkedIn just filed its annual proxy form, which describes how management was compensated last year.
CEO Jeffrey Weiner was best paid, with a $7.5 million package, of which about $6.6 million was stock.
Michael Gamson, the current svp/global solutions and former vp/sales-hiring solutions (help wanted ads, basically), had the next richest package. He got $4.6 million, mostly in options.
