TomTom, the Amsterdam-based maker of GPS navigation devices, just published a report on which cities in Europe and North America have the worst traffic.
It’s impressively scientific: they measured traffic flow during non-peak hours versus peak hours. They also separate measurements for morning and evening peaks. They then express the difference as a per cent.
Here are the results for North America.
