This Startup Just Raised $4.2 Million From A Huge List Of Top Silicon Valley Investors

Pair, a social networking app that’s designed for couples, has raised $4.2 million from a bunch of Silicon Valley’s top investors — including Path co-founder Dave Morin and Ashton Kutcher’s A-Grade Ventures.It has about 20 investors participating in the new seed round, TechCrunch reports. Ashton Kutcher’s A-Grade Ventures, Dave Morin, Paul Buchheit, Founder Collective, SV Angel, Lerer Ventures, Michael Birch, Sam Altman, CrunchFund, Tencent, Yuri Milner, Betaworks, Alexis Ohanian, Garry Tan, Harjeet Taggar, Gary Vaynerchuk, Brandee Barker, Brian Pokorny, Elad Gil, and Susan Wu.

Pair came out of Y Combinator, a highly-admired startup incubator that has included startups like Airbnb and Dropbox in its list of participants.

It’s a “social network” that’s supposed to help you share your special moments with a significant other when you aren’t together.
