Things that will make you happier than binge-watching TV

If you find yourself regularly binging on Netflix, you’re not alone.

But did you know some studies have linked

binge-watching with loneliness and depression?

Luckily, there are ways to improve your TV routine that can make you happier, according to Happify, a website and app that uses games and tasks based on positive psychology to increase people’s happiness.

And while you’re at it, Happify suggests, you may want to get away from the screen altogether — go outside, watch a sports game or see a concert.
