The New York luxury real estate market is as hot as ever, with a $90 million penthouse at One57 selling last month. That means it’s time to sell, sell, sell!So that’s what the owners of an apartment at 944 Fifth Avenue are doing. The $50 million pad just hit the market, according to The New York Times.

The building is a white-gloved cooperative and your new neighbour is the one and only Barbra Walters. And yes, the doormen actually wear white gloves.
