There Are Some Tiny Hints Of A Libya Deal, Oil Is Slipping, And World Markets Are Rallying

Seriously, the odds of this actually coming to fruition seem very low, but Al-Arabiya is reporting that some rebels might be open to the idea of not prosecuting Qaddafi if he leaves.

That sounds like a start to something that could eventually lead to a deal.

But in the meantime, the fighting continues. More air strikes have been reported.

Generally world markets are higher. Asia had a good night. Europe is up.

Oil futures have slipped, though have bounced back a touch in recent action.
