There’s a 50-50 chance that Red Sox general manager Theo Epstein leaves Boston for another club, according to ESPN Boston.A source told ESPN that he “wouldn’t be shocked either way” if Epstein decides to stay or go.
A lot of people believe Epstein has eyes on the vacant Cubs GM job.
If he were to build a World Series winning team in Chicago, he’d be responsible for ending the two most infamous championship droughts in the history of the sport.
He’s been in Boston for 10 years.
