Oil Is Rallying, Bernanke Is Speaking, And Now The Market Is Diving

Oil is up, threatening to get back above $99, perhaps thanks to the new fears of Saudi Arabian uprising.

Ben Bernanke is talking, though he hasn’t really said all that much.

And, naturally, US markets are diving in sympathy with oil. The small caps (Russell 2000) is the big loser on the day.
