It has been dubbed the Tacone, and it’s a hard taco that doesn’t fall apart while you eat it.
“During the process of eating it not a single thing fell out of it onto my plate!” writes Chipman. “No ground beef, no cheese, no tomatoes and not even a single piece of lettuce!”
The method was simple enough — he combined corn flour, water and salt, flattened it out and placed it in a waffle cone maker.
