The Stimulus Bill Is Out: It’s 1,071 Pages Long

We’ve got the stimulus bill embedded in this post*. We’re looking at what we, our grandchildren, our grandchildren’s grandchildren and the Imperial cyborgs that destroy our grandchildrens’ grandchildren will be paying for.

What we’re trying to say is: There’s a ton of spending in here, and it’s going be a long time before it’s paid off, no matter how big the multiplier effect may or may not be. The bill is broken in to two parts. Our research team is on the case working through it, but we could use some help. Any takers out there want to gnaw on this and report back to us? Please do so and put findings in the comments.

*We had technical difficulties uploading and embedding the bill. If you want to download it, you can do so here. (Warning, it will take forever, if your web connection isn’t sterling).  Info on executive compensation as it relates to the TARP starts on page 564 of Part B.
