The one “high-risk” Arab country that hasn’t revolted yet is Algeria.

Algeria has seen scattered riots and small scale protests, but little compared to Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Yemen, Bahrain and Oman. Largely this is due to severe police crackdowns.

Now here’s why Algeria is a “high-risk” country, according to Citi: Low GDP per capita, high unemployment and a fragile republic that has spent 19 years in a state of emergency.
