The NAB is having problems with its online banking for a second day.

The latest update from the bank is that there’s been a delay in processing some transactions, meaning payments can’t be received or made.

“NAB has been experiencing outages to some of our services overnight,” said chief customer officer Andrew Hagger.

“This has been affecting a number of our systems, including our customer call centres, mobile internet banking and the processing of some customer payments.

“It’s important for customers to know that our ATMs are running as usual and that payment by all NAB cards is available.”
