The Most Bullish Line In This Mornings Strong Jobs Report

The headline jobs number was nice, but one thing you always want to see is upward revisions to past data, since that implies that the survey-takers, and their models are actually failing to capture improvement that’s really happening.And, bingo.

From the announcement:

The change in total nonfarm payroll employment for July was revised from +85,000 to  +127,000, and the change for August was revised from 0 to +57,000.

That’s another 99K more payrolls.
