Pinterest is a fast-growing Web service and it just raised a huge pile of money, so of course it is hiring like crazy right now.Two jobs it’s looking to fill sooner rather than later: a head of engineering and a head of legal.

But first, a warning: Pinterest CEO Ben Silbermann may already know who he wants for the job.

A source tells us Silbermann is actively recruiting senior Facebook execs and “some really senior legal folks at Google.”

(We reached out to Pinterest’s third-party PR firm for this story, and they’ll update us if their client has anything to say. We doubt Pinterest will!)

If Silbermann hired away from Facebook, it would be more of the same: He just hired Facebook operations VP Don Faul to be his operations boss, and Facebook platform exec Cat Lee to do a similar job at Pinterest.
