1. The Republican party finally announced its massive tax-reform billThe bill proposes a new top tax rate, new tax brackets, and a lower corporate rate.

2. US President Donald Trump departs for his first official visit to Asia on Friday. His itinerary includes Japan, South Korea, China, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

3. Brexit has already weakened England’s economy, according to the Bank of EnglandThe central bank pointed to constraints on investments and labor supply that are slowing down the market.

4. An international arrest warrant was apparently issued for Catalan’s sacked President. Carles Puigdemont fled to Belgium from Spain at the beginning of this week.

8. Russian hackers who targeted the US election also targeted many of Putin’s political enemiesThe list of targets obtained by Associated Press shows hackers targeted the inboxes of 4,7000 global Gmail users.

9. Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with the UK’s Prime Minister Teresa May at Downing Street. The two marked 100 years since the Balfour Declaration, which supported the creation of a Jewish state.

10. Trump’s Twitter account disappeared for 11 minutes. The act, by a Twitter employee on their last day, could have terrifying ramifications for the account’s security.
