Former Yahoo CEO Terry Semel has just put his Beverly Hills home on the market for $12.275 million (Curbed via the Real Estalker).
In 2010, it was revealed that Semel, who resigned from Yahoo in 2007, was paid nearly half a billion dollars for his tenure at the company, which had been widely panned.
In any case, he can probably upgrade from the 4-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom estate he picked up in the 1980s, for which he and his wife paid $8.3 million.
Semel is currently co-chair of the board of trustees of the Las Angeles County Museum of Art, and as such his home features an impressive collection.
