CDS Widen As Markets Experience "Morning After" Regrets

Like a night after too much champagne, Europe’s CDS market is reacting to what yesterday might have been a bit too much enthusiasm for the ECB bailout of its fringe states. Now telecoms and basic materials are starting to show the signs of day after regret with spreads widening on their CDS.
