Private equity titan Teddy Forstmann passed away in November of brain cancer.
Now two of the billionaire’s properties, a penthouse duplex on Central Park and a mansion in Southampton, are about to hit the real estate market for a combined $70 million, the New York Post reports.
The apartment, a 4,000-square-foot co-op, has a wraparound terrace overlooking the park and the Frick Collection. It’s listed for $36 million.
The Hamptons home, meanwhile, sits on four acres and has an oceanfront pool and tennis court. It’s listed at $34 million, the Post writes.
Listing photos for the properties aren’t available yet, but we’ll post them once they are.
