Keow Wee Loong secretly made it to the top of the Ping An International Finance Centre construction site in Shenzhen, China. The building will be 2,165 feet high when completed, second only to the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
Loong took these incredible images without any safety equipment in sub-zero temperatures, as well as facing strong gusts of wind.
