Coming off the news that HBO’s Game of Thrones is the most-pirated show of the season, there’s a new online petition that has a lot of cord-cutters trying to spread the word that that doesn’t need to be the case. It’s called Take My Money, HBO!, and it’s popularity is already spreading like crazy on Twitter.

The site asks how much you would be willing to pay per month for HBO’s streaming service, HBO GO, instead of subscribing to the network via a cable or satellite provider.

If you have an HBO subscription, HBO GO lets you stream full episodes of shows to your iPhone, iPad, Android phone/tablet, PC, Xbox 360, and a bunch of other devices. The “Take My Money” movement, which was started by Jake Caputo, is intended to show HBO fans are willing to pay for streaming access instead of resorting to piracy to watch their favourite shows.
