T. Boone Pickens And His Fourth Wife Are Divorcing

Energy magnate T. Boone and his fourth wife, Madeleine, are filing for divorce, the Associated Press reports. A spokesperson told the AP that their parting is amicable.

Pickens, 84, is the founder of Texas-based BP Capital Management.  He has an estimated net worth of $1.2 billion.

Madeleine owns the Del Mar Country Club in Rancho Santa Fe, California.  She purchased the beachfront home in 2007 for $35 million

She’s also a big philanthropist focusing much of her charity work on animal welfare, especially saving America’s wild mustangs

She was born in Iraq to a British father and a Lebanese mother.  Eventually she immigrated to the U.S. where she became a U.S. citizen, according to a profile in Nevada Magazine.  

They were married in 2005
