A fire broke out this morning at a construction site in Macquarie St, Sydney.
The blaze was quickly brought under control by fire crews, but footage from onlookers was alarming:

Macquarie St between Prince Alfred Rd and Hunter St was closed as up to 75 firefighters and 12 trucks fought the fire.
Fire and Rescue NSW said 20 people were evacuated. The fire broke out around 8am and appeared to be mostly confined to scaffolding 8-10 storeys up the exterior of the building.

It is believed the fire started when nylon netting caught a spark.
