The Good Sam Roadside Assistance 500 race at the Talladega Superspeedway ended with a bang yesterday, when as many as 25 cars were involved in a massive crash on the last lap.
The pileup began when Tony Stewart flipped into the air after making contact with Michael Waltrip. Stewart took the blame, saying “I just screwed up.”
Matt Kenseth avoided the wreckage and won the race. No one was injured.
