Markets Rebound From Early Losses On ISM Data

The Dow, NASDAQ, and S&P 500 have bounced back from a negative open, after the Dow started down more than 50 points.Dow: +0.31%

S&P 500: +0.23%

European markets are up too.

Hopes for swift bank recapitalization seemed to fade just before the bell, but ISM numbers came in right in line with expectations. That seemed to bolster markets in early trading.
