Markets Are Slipping, Dow Off 65

The minutes from the Federal Open Market Committee’s (FOMC) last meeting were just released.And the markets are reacting very modestly.

The Dow is down around 65 points.  Just before the announcement, it was down by around 43 points.

The Dow and the Nasdaq have been in the red for most of the morning.

The S&P 500 has been in flux, but now it too is negative.
