As it stands, 510 — which is at 53rd and — has one tenant, Senator Investment Group. The firm set up shop on 28th floor “for a rent above $100 a foot in November,” according to the Observer.
SAC’s home is in Stanford, but the hedge fund also has an outpost just down the road from 510, at 540 Madison.
