Inspired By Romney, Stephen Colbert Tries Out Dressage

Stephen Colbert tried dressage in a hilarious segment of The Colbert Report on Tuesday, inspired by the Romneys’ dressage horse Rafalca, which will compete in the 2012 London Olympics.

“Should I be wearing a cup? Because I am not,” Colbert asked his dressage coach. “I wore a cup in baseball as a kid. I’m thinking this is a 1,500 pound baseball.”

Colbert survived a harrowing horse experience in order to wear a dressage tiara, all in hopes to prove that dressage is “Joe Six-Pack’s” sport.

On Monday’s episode, Colbert urged Romney to be “jazzed” about his horse
