The “Star Trek: Into Darkness” trailers continue to look bleak.
J.J. Abrams’ Super Bowl spot for the summer blockbuster shows a bit more of Benedict Cumberbatch’s nameless villain wreaking havoc for the crew aboard the Enterprise.
As of the airing of the Super Bowl spot, the Star Trek: Into Darkness app is allowing users to purchase tickets to early screenings of the film two days early.
The app also unveiled an extended trailer for the film. “Star Trek: Into Darkness” is in theatres May 17.
