The latest victim of S&P going rogue: Warren Buffett.Berkshire Hathaway’s outlook has just been revised from stable to negative.

It’s not actually a downgrade, and not necessarily going to have a huge impact, but it’s still significant.

Meanwhile, stocks are back at their lows of the day, with the NASDAQ off around 4%.
