Is The "Goldman Sachs Rules The World" Trader Giving Out Advice Illegally?

Alessio Rastani on the BBC

We already know that Alessio Rastani is no professional trader.

Now the London Spectator is telling us he may be no “investment speaker” either. At least, not legally.

You see, he isn’t licensed by England’s Financial Services Authority, and one of the things they regulate, according to their website, is advising on investments and home finance activities.

So he may have to take this “How To Make Money In A Recession” off of his YouTube channel and Website, Leading Trader (interesting name), soon.
