Sean Parker, former Facebook president and co-founder of Napster, just bought the Bacchus House in Greenwich Village for $20 million, peHUB reports. The townhouse, appropriately named after Roman god Bacchus — the god of wine and intoxication — has a reputation as a party pad for New York’s social elite.

Italian liquor heir, Enrico Cinzano, previously owned the townhouse and has been trying to sell it for a few years now.

While Parker just bought the place, it’s not new to him. He had been renting the townhouse, which was listed at $45,000 per month, since December of 2009.
