A California driver was badly injured Saturday night after crashing his Lamborghini into a median on Interstate 15 near San Diego.The 35-year-old man hit speeds above 100 mph, and the car split in half and caught on fire after the collision, the AP reported. He was airlifted to UCSD hospital with major injuries and burns.
Officials said they suspect the man was driving under the influence, and that alcohol may have been a factor in the fiery crash, according to NBC San Diego.
