Sallie Krawcheck, the former president of global wealth and investment management at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, has come up with “Four Ways To Fix Banks”, which was published in the Harvard Business Review.
She says another way to reduce risk on Wall Street is more diversity amongst management teams.
“A diversity of management teams — yes, gender diversity, but also diversity of background and thought — actually leads to reduced risk and better returns over time.”
