News Corp. boss Rupert Murdoch is on a roll today! He’s holding court on Twitter, discussing religions (and/or cults, depending on one’s particular view).
Specifically, he’s discussing Scientology and Mormonism.
(Yes, there’s difference between the two, but some people think that difference largely boils down to the fact that Mormonism is about a century older than Scientology. And, for what it’s worth, some people think that the difference between, say, Catholicism and Mormonism is that the former is about two millenia older–and therefore much more refined and fragmented and accepted).
Watch Katie Holmes and Scientologystory develop. Something creepy, maybe even evil, about these people.
Then he followed that up with this:
Since Scientology tweet hundreds of attacks. Expect they will increase and get worse and maybe threatening. Still stick to my story.
So it seems Scientology has already unleashed some of its famously aggressive defenders.
In the interim, Murdoch was asked about Mormonism, the religion that Mitt Romney, who may become the next President of the United States, is very dedicated to:

So, in Murdoch’s view, Mormons are “certainly not evil.”
Mitt Romney and FOX News will be relieved to hear that!
