While many players around the NBA found humour in the fact that someone on the Miami Heat cried after Sunday’s loss to the Chicago Bulls, one player was much more sympathetic.
That player was Ron Artest, the Los Angeles Laker that is well known for his emotional outbursts. Artest has become a huge advocate of mental health support and has spoken out many times about how his psychologist has changed his life.
Artest didn’t see a problem with the Heat crying, and says that if he was in the Heat locker room, he would have given them hugs and taken them out for ice cream.
