RIM’s struggles pushing out its next-gen BlackBerry 10 phones are getting worse.According to BGR, two out of the three phones RIM was working on have been canceled. That includes the BlackBerry Colt we heard about a few months ago and the BlackBerry Milan.

Instead, RIM is focusing on the BlackBerry London (pictured here), that unique concept phone we saw leaked to The Verge in November.

During RIM’s last earnings call, the company said it would not push out BlackBerry 10 phones until fall of this year. In the meantime it plans to focus more on marketing its current line of BlackBerry 7 phones.

The new BlackBerry phone will be based on the QNX operating system, the same one running on the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet. RIM promises that BlackBerry 10 will be the OS that will finally help its devices compete with the iPhone and Android phones, but the company keeps hitting delays rolling it out.
