Severe cold spell has set over Europe and temperatures have dropped to minus 25 degrees Fahrenheit. As a result, a museum in Brussels have turned off the water of a fountain landmark.

Manneken Pis is a small bronze fountain sculpture of a naked little boy urinating into a basin.

Tourists are deeply disappointed. And the museum curators cannot find a way to have the boy statue pee in freezing temperatures. Watch below.
