There are reports of negotiation offers coming from the Qaddafi regime, but don’t get your hopes up.An envoy in Greece is seeking solutions that involve Muammar Qaddafi remaining in power, according to AJ.

Italy’s foreign minister said after speaking to his Greek counterpart that the envoy’s proposal was “not credible” because it did not mention Qaddafi leaving, according to Sky News’s Neal Mann.

Also Italy has officially recognised the Libyan National Transitional Council, according to Radio Sawa.

Meanwhile diplomatic sources tell the NYT that Saif and Saadi Qaddafi have offered a plan to push their father out. This plan may or may not be backed by their father.
