Update 9:55: The Pro-Mubarak forces are advancing and pushing the anti-government protesters back. According to Al-Jazeera they have taken control of towers around the square and are heaving rocks from the buildings.
Latest form Al-Jazeera. Pro-Mubarak people have taken control of army vehicles, and now gunfire has been hired.
Update 7:57: Incredible, the pro-Mubarak forces are now arriving on horseback.

The pro-Mubarak forces are out today.
We’ve seen several tweets from reporters on the ground in Egypt, including from Al-Jazeera’s Dan Nolan, that a flood of pro-Mubarak supporters are heading into the square.
There are have ben violent clashes, and the buzz is that if the anti-Mubarak protesters — who are hoping for another huge push on Friday — play their cards too aggressively, the rest of the masses will get angry over life disruptions.
Some say, too, that the pro-Mubarak forces on the ground are armed.
As foreign policy experts say, the situation is “fluid.”
