Obama: Closing Guantanamo Bay would save taxpayers up to $1.7 billion over 20 years


President Obama discussed his plans to finally close the controversial prison camp Guantanamo Bay.

He said the move would protect the country’s security, uphold its moral values and “save American taxpayers a lot of money in the process.”
