A former pizzeria waitress is suing her ex-employer for sexual harassment, claiming owners encouraged female workers to have sex with customers.Olga Contreras claims waitresses at Stadium Pizza frequently gave customers oral sex and disappeared into restrooms with customers, the New York Post reported.
Contreras filed her suit Tuesday in Bronx Supreme Court, claiming she was forced to dispose of used condoms even though she never actually prostituted herself.
She also alleges she suffered a miscarriage after owners forced her to lift heavy boxes, the Post reported.
Contreras was fired from the pizzeria in March.
